Shutdown
- Check the channel where the input source is located, no signal will cause an automatic shutdown.
- Check the stability of the power supply.
The indicator light is not on
- Check if the power supply is normal.
- Check whether the mechanical switch of the plate is open.
Inaccurate Touch Positioning
- Check if the touch pen or finger is touching the screen 90 degrees vertically.
- Check that no other objects are touching the screen, such as small strips of paper or sleeves.
Invalid function
- If the tablet uses an external computer, check that the external contact cable is properly connected.
- If the tablet comes with a computer, check if there is any implanted software such as a mobile phone assistant installed.
Conference Camera
The monitor shows no image
- Check that the camera power supply is connected, the voltage is normal, and the power indicator light is always on.
- Turn off the power switch to check whether the camera is self-testing.
- Check the cable of video platform and TV whether correct connection.
Sometimes without the image
- Check the cable of video platform and TV whether correct connection.
Remote control cannot control
- Check and replace the new battery for the remote controller.
- Check whether the camera working mode is correct.
- Check whether the address of remote control can match the camera.
Serial port cannot control
- Check whether the camera protocol, address and baud rate such is the same.
- Check whether the control line is connected well.
